Return for Refund
Please contact us within one week of receiving your order if you are not happy with any of the items you receive.
Returns are handled on a case by case basis. If the shirt has not been washed or worn, and is still in new condition, it may be qualified to be returned for refund. Shipping costs for the return will be paid by you, the customer.
All Clearance and Print to Order items are Final Sale Only. This means that they cannot be returned for a refund unless the item is faulty.
Return shipping should be purchased through Give A Fluff after we have approved the return. This ensures there is proof that the item has been shipped in case of any problems.
Refunds are only given once returned items are received by Give A Fluff. You will be refunded the amount you paid for the item.

As we are a small shop and have limited stock available in each design, we do not offer exchanges.
However, you are able to return items for refund (see above), and then purchase a new item from the store either in the correct size, or another choice, and your item will be shipped to you as normal.
